We provision and manage Windows or Linux servers on an ongoing basis. All aspects of server management will be handled by Profitability.net. Clients will be provided with FTP access to upload files. Profitability.net will also handle server patch management on a set schedule. All servers that Profitability.net administers are monitored 24×7 for uptime and performance. Monitoring reports provide valuable insight regarding capacity planning and application performance.

Firewall and Intrusion Prevention Service Administration

We provide both shared and dedicated firewall and IPS services designed specifically to support and protect your application environment. Clients are responsible for completing a port configuration request by IP address. Rule changes are completed within 24-hours for nonemergency requests and 1-hour for emergency rule changes. These devices are monitored for uptime and connection performance 24×7.

Switch and Router Administration

We manage the provisioning, deployment, testing and ongoing administration of Cisco routers and switches, and Foundry switches and load balancers. Clients can provide their own devices or rent devices from Profitability.net. All managed devices are monitored 24×7 for performance and uptime.
