Frame USA, Inc. Selects Profitability.net for Colocation

Cincinnati based Frame USA, Inc. has signed a multi-year colocation agreement with Profitability.net. Profitability.net will be providing Frame USA with secure colocation space, UPS and generator protected power, and Internet bandwidth in their downtown data center.

Frame USA was searching for a Cincinnati company to host their web servers, which would give them the ability to consolidate their resources and optimize efficiency. “In the past our servers were located out of state and we did not have physical access to our own equipment. This caused our outside contracted technology teams to be spread across many different locations. We wanted to find a Cincinnati based company that would allow us to condense our teams and operate locally,” states Julie Hauck, Frame USA, Marketing Manager.

Frame USA has 24X7X365 access to the facility and their equipment, as well as the compliance portal. The Profitability.net compliance portal grants Frame USA the ability to reboot devices, monitor bandwidth, and securely manage data center user access rights, at anytime from any location. Administrators are able to assign access for individual users down to cabinet door level, restricting or enabling access as needed for each user. Administrators can be alerted either by email or text message when their cabinets are accessed, and each instance is logged to simplify physical security audits. These features add another level of security for clients beyond the biometric entry system, facility cameras and electronic locks.

Uptime and security were of the utmost importance to Frame USA in their data center selection. “Our company has multiple websites and a large portion of our sales comes from our online customers.
