  3. Server error: Cannot close file "service.cnf"
    This error generally means that you have exceeded your disk quota.  Check in your Profitability.net control panel to be sure you have some available disk space, or to add additional space to your account.


  4. Why can't I upload this file through File Manager/Webshell?
    There is an 8MB size limitation on file uploads through the Webshell utility.  If you need to upload a file larger than 8MB, you must use FTP.  Instructions for uploading files using FTP are available elsewhere in the knowledgebase.
