Why didn't my NetTracker data update last night?

NetTracker works by FTP'ing a copy of your log files each night for analysis.  If you change your FTP password, NetTracker will be unable to retrieve the log files.  If you changed your FTP password, you can either change it back so that NetTracker is again able to retrieve your log files, or contact Support at support@profitability.net to have your new password entered into Nettracker.

If you haven't changed your FTP password, please contact support@profitability.net as soon as possible to have the problem diagnosed and corrected before any log data is lost.
