| Changing email settings in outlook 2003 |
When changing providers to use Profitability.Net's email hosting you
will need to make sure that you change your settings inside Outlook
2003. To do this follow the following steps: Inside Outlook click on the "Tools" menu at the top of your application. Select "Email Accounts" Make sure the "View or change existing email accounts" option is selected. Click Next Double Click the account that is setup to administer your email for your Profitability.Net account:


Make sure that the incoming and outgoing mailservers are both mail.profitability.net
Your username should be your complete email address, in lowercase letters.
Click Next, then finish, and you are finished.
