To view or change the spam and virus settings on your email, use your web browser to go to http://www.profitability.net/spam. A brief tutorial is available below.

When you follow the link above, you will be presented with a login screen where you should enter your email address and password.

At login you will be automatically taken to your message center where any filtered emails are stored (up to 14 days.) You may not always have messages of a particular type waiting. The sxample screen below shows 1 spam and 1 virus-infected message.

By selecting the "Virus Settings" option you can turn virus scanning off and on as shown here.

Similarly, if you choose the "Junk Email Settings" option you can turn spam filtering on and off.

In the same screen you can also set how agressively the spam filters are applied by category as shown here.

On this same screen you can also choose to always accept mail from certain addresses or domains as well as block based on the same criteria.
