If you have administrative access to your company's email spam and virus filters you may notice that some of your users have "Yes" listed in the "Unviewed Messages" column. This simply means that the user has had unviewed messages in the past 14 days and the system hasn't purged them from the filter yet. This does not necessarily mean that they currently have unviewed messages.
