If you have an e-commerce enabled account there is a "shopping cart" system already included. The OSCommerce package is a modular/extensible e-commerce system written in the PHP language. The software can automate ordering, status notifications, credit card payment authorization, inventory tracking and much more. You can customize the "look and feel" of the site by changing graphics and page layout. Additional features can be added by writing "modules" in PHP or by downloading modules written by others from the OSCommerce website. Examples of features you can add with contributed modules are: coupon handling, gift certificates, additional reports, and additional payment options. There are many more modules available and you always have the option of writing a module if there isn't one that does what you want.
