| How do I find my internet email headers in Outlook? |
|
To find out the exact path that email has taken to arrive in your email box you need to find the internet email header. To find this header in Outlook follow these steps: 1.) Double click the message subject in your inbox so that it opens the message in a different window. 2.) Select the "Options" menu from the menu bar. 3.)In the bottom portion of the window select all the text by clicking and dragging your mouse's cursor over the text area. Example below shows a Outlook version XP.
4.) Right click on the highlighted text and choose the "copy" option. 5.) Open a new email and right click in the message area, choose the "paste" option. You can now send the message header to the email address of your choice. If you are sending it to our support team, please use the address: support@profitability.net
