If you need to forward all email to a remote mail server in your office or another provider, then follow the instructions below to use the control panel to edit the MX Record for your domain. These changes will delete all existing email settings and the data cannot be restored. Please consult with your administrator or Profitability.net if you have any questions. -Login to your account control panel. Click on the domain you would like to manage. -Turn off mail service -Click on yes to agree to delete all existing mail settings (this cannot be reversed) -Click on edit DNS configuration -Click on Add DNS MX Record -Leave the name field blank, put a 10 in the data field, in the next field put in the remote mail server IP; Click on submit. The DNS / MX changes may take time to propagate. For production sites, we recommend making this change after-hours or over a weekend period to reduce business impact.
